Breakfast and Dinner are prepared in our hotel kitchen and delivered by boat, right to your swim.
All you have to bring are your reels, buzzers, swingers, scales, sleeping bag, tackle box, leads 3-5oz, plastic corn/tigers/pop ups)

Basically jump on a plane with minimal tackle that wont send you over the weight restrictions, and we provide you with everything you need when you get to the lake to help you bag some Moroccan monsters.

The food. Breakfast and Evening meal are delivered by a twice daily boat waiter service.
Continental breakfast delivered from 7.30-9.30 am
Freshly squeezed orange juice, thermos of coffee, thermos of hot milk, local baked bread and toast, local honey, jams and preserves, fresh local fruit.

Dinner delivery between 6-8pm
Moroccan salad, Tagine of chicken/goat/beef with fresh local vegetables, cous cous, kebabs of lamb, kebabs of local wild boar (in season) roasted lamb and other local and seasonal dishes. A Fresh fruit platter that should see you through lunch of the following day.

The Pioneer Menu:
We offer our clients an extensive drinks and extras menu, it should be noted that you are in a Muslim country and whilst the local Berber people are more liberal than their Arab countrymen, respect should be shown and excessive drinking should be avoided.

That said, our evening meals are rather special affairs, prepared by Ali Allam the Hotel Manager in the traditional method of a clay pot or Tagine. The Tagine slowly cooks the meat and vegetables to perfection, and nothing tops a hard days fishing than a drop of the really excellent local red wine from the Meknes region of Morocco to compliment the fine cuisine.

Local Stork beer, mineral water and a selection of the usual names in soft drinks are also available and tobacco, dried fruits and nuts from the local markets can be ordered using the simple bank side order form. Our twice daily hotel boat service will deliver your extras right to your swim and it will be charged to your bill at the end of the week.

Rods are optional, we provide 3 Fox Warriers, or for a small fee you can book them on as sporting equipment at the time of making your booking -the choice is yours.
