Maximum anglers: 4.      Lake no.1. is oval shaped with island in the middle with choice of swims throughout the perimeter.

 

Depths: Average 1-3 metres (3-9ft)

 

Stock: Lake No.1. Carp up to 30lb, stocked earlier this year with 60 carp (common & mirror), minimum weight 10lb, the majority of fish are upper 20's and gaining weight quickly. Re-stocking again this autumn with target fish.

 

Stock: Lake No.2. Large stock of carp up to 8lb, quantity unknown (this facility is adjoining the main lake and would be perfect for youngsters)

 

Location: In between Laval and Chateau Gontier, 4.5 hours from ferry port at Bologne, 2 hours from Caen/St Malo.

 

Facilities: Fully equipped, newly constructed lodge, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), separate tackle store (with extra toilet), vehicle access to lodge.  Lodge is lakeside with full view of lake no.1., on-site manager (English).  Lodge is fully enclosed with fences and gates, so would be ideal for families with young children. Bar-b-que facilities.  Nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive. Satellite television in lodge, with large selection of games and DVD's for those wet days...  Play area for children (enclosed).

General: Food/bait packages etc. can be provided if required.

 

Both lakes, lodge and tackle store are all set in their own grounds so the venue would be ideal for exclusive use and this is our preference. Surrounded by mature Oak trees, the setting is tranquil and beautiful.
